Refund and Returns policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or the name stated on your given invoice.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale/ Discounted items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, seconds and sale items cannot be refunded.
Concrete Sleepers
We have a strict no-return policy for all concrete sleepers. Once it has left our yard, unfortunately concrete goods cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Uprite Steel
We will accept steel posts for return or exchange within 14 days of date on invoice. Posts must be in original condition. If accepted for return, a restocking fee of 20% will apply.
